Renovation of a medical facility in Clinton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Work is identified as Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance Clinton Public Hospital SF-4, -5, -6 AHU Replacements 2021, as outlined by the documents for HPHA Project No. T-416 and WalterFedy Project No. 2018-0851-18. This project generally consists of replacing the existing air handling units and ancillary work in two separate phases/mobilizations as more thoroughly defined and/or implied in each section of this specification and on the drawings to result in complete, finished and functional systems. Pre-Tendered Equipment Delivery Date: on or before March 31, 2022. Phase I: - Start Date: Construction is to commence no later than May 2, 2022. - AHU Shutdown: May 30, 2022 to June 24, 2022. - Date of Substantial Performance of the Work: on or before July 8, 2022. Phase II: - Start Date: Construction is to commence no later than May 1, 2023. - AHU Shutdown: May 15, 2022 to June 9, 2023. - Date of Substantial Performance of the Work: on or before June 23, 2023. Work associated with SF-4 and SF-5 will be completed in one phase and work associated with SF-6 will be completed in one phase the following year. Owner reserves the right to select which equipment group will be Phase I and Phase II. Value Range: 100,001 - 1,000,000 $ *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
