Brief description of the work Landscaping of the Marcellin Landry garden at the Jeanne Crevier accommodation center in Boucherville, including the supply and planting of various trees, shrubs, conifers, perennials, fruit trees, bulbs and Kentucky bluegrass peat. The trees must be watered twice a week for 3 weeks after planting (see plan-specifications for details). The days and hours of operation of the offices of the public body for the reception of tenders are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Only contractors with a business office in Quebec are allowed to tender (NB when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, add the following text: "or in a province or territory covered by this agreement") and holding the required license in under the Building Act. A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec or registered in the register of enterprises not eligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not admitted to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses. The opening will be filmed and posted on SEAO within 4 business days of the submission deadline. o Note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 " Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). During these visits, the representatives of the Project Manager will answer questions from the bidders. All bidders, contractors and sub-contractors will be considered to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. The Project Manager does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received.
