2022-23 GLEASON LAKE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WINDOW REPLACEMENT In general, this is a two phase project being constructed over the summer of 2022 and summer of 2023. The work consists of the removal of the existing window system and associated materials at the facility and installation of a new window system as specified. It is the Owners intent to award the project to one Contractor. The Responsible Contractor submitting the lowest responsive Base Bid is required to provide one crew working within the District, fully equipped and staged, consisting of 4 to 6 laborers until completion of the Contract or as directed by the Owners Representative.
