Proposals and General Information The Board of Trustees of the Amarillo Independent School District (the "District," "Owner" or "AISD") is requesting competitive sealed Proposals for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter D, for the Site Improvements and New Weight Room Facility at Sam Houston Middle School Project ("CSP#4049"). Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Site Improvements and New Weight Room Facility at Sam Houston Middle School Project (CSP#4049) will be received until the Deadline. AISD has agreed to participate with the AGC Panhandle Chapter Four-Hour Bid Plan. All proposals must be identified as follows: "Site Improvements and New Weight Room Facility at Sam Houston Middle School Project CSP#4049." Failure to have a Proposal submitted by the above Deadline shall result in the proposal NOT being considered; fax or email submissions shall NOT be considered. Any questions answered during the site visit will not be official until vendor has submitted question through AISD's portal and answered in writing by the posted answer from the architect on portal. A Proposal guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond, payable to Amarillo ISD, in the amount of 5% of the largest possible total for the Proposal amount submitted, must accompany each Proposal.
