Renovation of a municipal facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 2/24/2022 no award has been made. Facilities and Fleet Department intends to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Interior Painting Services at O'Connor Hospital and O'Connor Medical Office Building on an "as needed" basis. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year unless terminated or otherwise amended. Total contract value shall not exceed Two-Hundred Thousand dollars ($200,000). The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, consumables, and supplies required to perform the work. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the contract value ($200,000). The successful bidder must deliver a signed payment bond, performance bond, and all required insurance documents to the Director of Facilities and Fleet for acceptance before the Owner executes the Agreement and issues a Notice to Proceed with the Work. Estimated Amount: $200,000.00
