The Owner designates the following person as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall direct all questions regarding this RFQ to the Point of Contact via email. Ms. Kisten Rhodes Texas Southern University Department of Procurement Services, Purchasing Subdivision kisten.rhodes@tsu.edu This contract is anticipated to begin on or about February 1, 2022 and expire at the conclusion of anticipated project(s), which is approximately one year. The University shall have the option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms. In the event, the University elects to exercise any one or more of the said one-year options, the Contractor shall be notified in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to commencement of the additional one-year term involved. All contact between Respondent and the University will be formally received in writing through the Issuing Office. Written questions and inquiries should be directed to the Office of Procurement Services. All such questions and inquires must be received by Noon, December 16, 2021. The University Black-Out Period begins at 12:01pm on December 16, 2021. No questions or inquiries will be accepted after the Questions and Inquiries deadline. In the event that it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFQ, the University will post the Addendum on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD). The University reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received. Non-acceptance of a SOQ will mean that one or more others were deemed more advantageous to the University or that all SOQs were rejected. Respondents judged by the Director of Materials Management not to be responsive or Respondents whose proposals are classified as not reasonably susceptible of being selected for award shall be so notified.
