As of December 27 2021 this project award will be decided on Tuesday December 28 2021. A proposal guarantee by bank cashier's check, certified check or proposal bid bond in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" prepared by the Illinois Department of Transportation adopted January 1, 2022, will be required. A surety bond for the full amount of the award may be required. The "prevailing rate of wages" as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall apply to this project. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
