Renovation of an educational facility in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

*Please contact the construction manager for access to the bid results. Rose Union Elementary School Renovation Phase 1 -- Millwork and Lighting For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. This project is to be started no later than May 23, 2022 and completed by July 29, 2022 BID PACKAGE 1: MILLWORK 1. Provide all millwork, wood, and Plastic Laminate cabinets with hardware. 2. Provide all plastic laminate tops, solid surface countertops and windowsills, and all back splashes. 3. Provide all miscellaneous millwork items normally associated with this trade including but not limited to: a. Coat racks, rods, hanging rods, coat hooks, grommets, etc., b. Locks, wire management raceways, bullet catches, c. Shelf standards, supports, brackets, and accessories. d. Adjustable shelving including all fastening devices or adhesives. 4. All material shall be shop finished as applicable. 5. Provide all plumbing and electrical cutouts. 6. Provide all cosmetic caulking, filler panels and scribing for countertops and cabinets. 7. Provide all installation of all millworks, cabinets, countertops, trim, wall surfaces, and stone surface items. 8. Provide all layout, staking & surveying as pertains to this scope of work from a control point provided by the construction manager. BID PACKAGE 2: ELECTRICAL 1. Contractor is responsible for all aspects of the lighting in the project. 2. Provide demolition of all Electrical lighting and material shown in contract documents. Contractor is responsible to remove lighting and material from jobsite. 3. Contractor to remove and reinstall electric hand dryers. 4. Contractor is responsible to provide power and cut-in boxes with pull string at all new smartboard locations. 5. Contractor to extend all existing boxes that will be in new tile or millwork due to the new conditions. 6. Provide labeling and/or color coding of all equipment, conduit, lines, equipment, and panel boards. 7. Coordinate and receive approval on any existing walls that must be cut for new electrical work (preferred method is to "fish" (if accessible) into the wall from above ceiling to minimize patching). 8. All demolition and tie-in work to be coordinated and schedules through Construction Manager and the Owner to avoid shutdown of any existing service (Any shutdowns or tie-ins must be prescheduled in advance, as required)
