**As of March 2, 2022. The construction start date is late April 2022, weather dependent. Separate bids will be required on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: C G Johnson Elementary: 06 10 00 - GENERAL TRADES 22 05 00 - PLUMBING 23 50 00 - HVAC 26 05 00 - ELECTRICAL Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face of the envelope the words DuBois Area School District - C G Johnson Elementary HVAC Upgrades Project; If the bid is mailed, the envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the words Sealed Bid enclosed for (list bid package) endorsed on the face thereof. All bidders must submit a bid bond. Performance, Labor and Material Payment and Maintenance Bonds are required for this project. Time is of the essence in the work. Requirements with regard to completion of portions of the work are contained in the Project Manual. DuBois Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive irregularities in the bids. Bid Results General Construction - J.C.
