High School Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacement - HVAC Separate bids will be required on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: DASD High School RTU Replacement: 23 50 00 - HVAC Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face of the envelope the words DuBois Area School District- High School RTU Replacement. All bidders must submit a bid bond. Performance, Labor and Material Payment and Maintenance Bonds are required for this project. Time is of the essence in the work. Requirements with regard to completion of portions of the work are contained in the Project Manual. DuBois Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive irregularities in the bids. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Replacement / upgrade of the existing HVAC system and controls, also replacement of the existing lighting and lighting controls including all associated piping, electrical and plumbing work as shown in the contract drawings and specifications. Also covered is the replacement of the Roof Top HVAC units for the DASD High School. PN - 21-48
