Site work for a water / sewer project in Gadsden, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Etowah County Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for water and sewer infrastructure projects at the Little Canoe Creek Megasite. Source of funding includes, but is not limited to, the American Rescue Plan Act. The consulting firm will be selected on a 100-point rating system. Selection criteria will be based upon the following: 1. Experience as it relates to Federally Funded Infrastructure Projects: 40 Points 2. Professional Background and Quality of Personnel: 30 Points 3. Capability to Meet Schedules and Deadlines: 30 Points All professional engineering firms who consider themselves qualified are invited to submit a proposal. The Etowah County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process.
