Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Wastewater Treatment Plan Rehabilitation including, but not limited to, cleaning, blasting and coating of on-site plant sump wet well, piping, valves, and all appurtenances and bypass pumping; Clean and inspect interior and exterior of Aeration and Digester basins and repair cracks and spalls as needed; Clean entrance and exit channels; Remove and replace mud valves, knife gate valves, and air diffusers; Installation of a 3-ton manual trolley with chain hoist and removal and replacement of existing 1-ton cylinder scales, rehabilitation of chlorine and sulfur dioxide rooms, and the replacement of non-potable water pumps as shown on plans. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
