Unable to locate company info for low bidder e&e composites LLC $31,310.00 The City of Laredo Environmental Services Department is requesting informal bids for building a green wall at the Environmental Services Department building located at 619 Reynolds St., Laredo, Tx. 78040. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete job. Measurements and construction of Green Wall: 32'long x 16 height (512 sq. ft.) using 4x8'x5 recycled HDPE water proof panels Irrigation system Fabric planting pockets Gutters 2,200 succulent plants and 600 cactus The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. This contract will be awarded by total to the lowest responsible bidder whose bide price and other factors have been considered in accordance to the provisions of Chapters 252 and 271 of the State of Texas-Local Government Code. The City's obligation for performance of this informal bid is contingent upon the availability of funds from which payments for the contract purchases can be made. If no funds are appropriated and budgeted during the next fiscal year, this informal bid becomes null and void.
