Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 79-unit multi-residential development.

The Stop Six Choice Neighborhood Initiative is a $345 million, six-phase redevelopment within a historic Fort Worth community: Phase 1 consists of a mixed-income senior building with 174 residential units. Phase 2 consists of a mixed-use development with 210 residential units. Phase 3 consists of a low-income housing development with 187 residential units. Phase 4 consists of a low-income housing development with 168 residential units. Phase 5 consists of a walkup townhome development with 79 residential units. Phase 6 consists of a mixed-use development with 224 residential units. As of November 17, 2025, the project has secured $4.1 million in federal funding. Information regarding the architect and general contractor has not been released.
