Timeline The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the work site, from June 29, 2022 . The start date of the work is June 29, 2022 . The date of taking possession before the end of the works (early) for this project is set for August 18, 2022 . The date of receipt with reservation of the work is September 15, 2022 . This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than 06 Oct. 2021 , i.e. 21 days following the date of receipt with reservation of the work. Acceptance without reservation of the work is scheduled for 05 Dec. 2022 , i.e. sixty (60) days following the end date of the deficiency correction period. If, for a reason of force majeure, the offices of the school board are closed on the date and time scheduled for receipt of tenders, the deadline for receipt of tenders shall be moved to the following business day.
