Project #82-38-39: This project includes all materials, labor, dewatering, and equipment necessary to remove and demolish fourteen (14) water control gates, and then furnish, deliver, and install fourteen (14) new water control gates to replace those removed as specified by the contract documents Four Rivers Conservation Area Unit 3 Structure Gate Repairs, Project No. 82-38-33; a. Project Location: Vernon County, Missouri located 15 miles north of Nevada and five miles south of Rich Hill in Bates County. From I-49 take Route TT east approximately three miles to S1700 Road then south a half a mile to E Arnold Road then east to an unnamed conservation road. From there go south approximately 1.5 miles to last parking area, from there travel east along the levee approximately one mile to the Unit 3 Structure. Four Rivers Conservation Area Water Control Gate Replacement - Phase II, Project No. 82-38-39; a. Project Location: Bates and Vernon Counties, Missouri. The headquarters is located 15 miles north of Nevada and five miles south of Rich Hill in Vernon County. From I-49 take Route TT east two miles to 1600 Road then south two miles. Completion time is One Hundred and Fifty (150) Working Days. : MBE 10 % and WBE 5 % Estimate: $858,000 - $1,001,000.00
