The Electrical Contractors scope of responsibilities shall include labor, tools, machinery, equipment, devices and services necessary to complete specified electrical work for HCDC scheduled maintenance, and as needed emergency repairs during and after normal business hours. HCDC will supply all necessary material required through approved vendors for all projects. Electrical Contractor shall have experience working in Bernard Bayou and Long Beach Industrial Districts and must include minimum of three (3) references. Remove and reinstall pumps/motors for water & sewer systems as needed

Access to boom truck as needed Electrical Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and work in a manner which adheres to the State of Mississippi and Harrison County with the highest industry standard. Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance coverage, in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 for start and duration of all projects. Electrical Contractor shall warranty all labor and works provided to HCDC for a period of one year. This Agreement shall be for a term of one (1) year with option to renew for successive, one (1) year periods unless terminated by either party in accordance with this Agreement.
