Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the City of Durham ("City"), acting as the Lead Planning Agency for the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization ("DCHCMPO" or "MPO"), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide services for 2022 - 2025 On-Call Professional Services to the MPO and, independently, to the City of Durham in the following areas: Engineering, Data Collection, and Community Engagement. This solicitation request for qualifications is being made on behalf of the MPO and the City. Accordingly, references to the "MPO" and the "City" may be interchangeable as appropriate.
