Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Hampton, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The extent of the work consists of replacement of all-weather athletic surface for track, high jump, and long jump; spot repair of asphalt base; alternates for relocating high jump, extending track runout, and new PCC walkway to visitor side bleachers. Contractor shall fully complete by August 12, 2022. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $600.00 per Calendar Day will be assessed for each Calendar Day that any work shall remain uncompleted beyond the specified completion date allowed. Est. The New Hampton CSD reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
