Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Transmissions Repair or Rebuild Services for the Fleet Services Division according to the specifications and requirements. This solicitation is reserved for Broward County certified Small Business Enterprises. Refer to the Special Instructions for Vendors - Office of Economic and Small Business Department Requirements Section C for additional information. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for this scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions to Vendors Section G for requirements). This is a Living Wage Service Contract - refer to Living Wage Ordinance Requirement section for additional information. Be advised, Effective January 1, 2022, the 2022 living wage payroll rates are $14.02 per hour with qualifying health benefits amounting to at least $3.54 per hour, or $17.56 per hour without health benefits, in accordance with the revised Broward County Living Wage Ordinance. The bidder is instructed to provide percentage of the price that is attributed to the labor portion of the service(s) for each line item. Line Item Offer Field: All line items including an offer field for "Percentage of Labor," the Vendor is instructed to enter the percentage of the price that is attributed to the labor portion of this service line.
