Board of West County Agency (the "Agency"), Richmond, California, invites and will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and services specified for the construction of West County Agency Project Effluent Pipe Cathodic Protection Upgrade. The work covered by this contract will be performed at various locations in the City of Richmond. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.Replacement of 26 cathodic protection test stations and obtaining all necessary permits prior to starting the work. 2.Providing all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, services and personnel, to adequately carry out or complete the project. 3.Performing work site cleanup duties, including, but not limited to removing all debris and placing materials, supplies and equipment in an organized manner, prior to leaving the site, each day. 4.All other work as shown and specified in the Contract Documents.
