Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Somerville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the project includes removal of current curb and construction of curb & driveway aprons and appurtenances associated with curb replacement. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes and addressed to Kevin Sluka, Clerk-Administrator, Municipal Office, 25 West End Avenue, Somerville, New Jersey 08876 clearly marked on the outside with the contract name and number, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside. The original date of this bid reception was scheduled for December 1, 2021. The Borough of Somerville issued Addendum #1 on November 30, 2021 moving the bid date to January 6, 2020 Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Somerville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the proposal received and to accept the bid in which in their judgment will best serve the interest of the Borough. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of PL 1975, Chapter 127.
