Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of traffic signal installation and modernization, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, replacement of concrete sidewalks/curb ramps and detectable warnings, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans for two separate sites. Bidders must be prequalified with an IDOT Certificate of Eligibility and provide a copy of certificate. In accordance with the law and the provisions of 820ILCS 130/0.01 et seq., entitled "an Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed in any public works by the state, county, city or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works", not less than the prevailing rate of wages shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract.
