Consultant firms interested in providing engineering/architectural services for various PCCA projects anticipated to be initiated this year. This RFQ identifies projects and various scopes of work which are typical of work the PCCA may pursue during 2022. The PCCA will select consultants to provide engineering and/or architectural services based on qualifications, experience, expertise, capacity and demonstrated competence on similar projects to the projects or work identified in this RFQ. An appropriate response to this RFQ will allow a firm to be considered for projects as selected on the project list included herein. The PCCA may select a short list of responding consultants and conduct interviews, prior to making a final selection for an individual project, or may elect to select a consultant based solely on the responses and evaluation criteria identified in this RFQ. The PCCA reserves the right to retain responses to this RFQ on file for 14 months from the date of submittal. Should a new project develop during the year, the PCCA may: 1) refer to Statements of Qualifications received from this solicitation; 2) request supplementary, project specific information to be used in conjunction with these submittals; or 3) elect to issue a project specific RFQ to make a selection of an architectural or engineering consultant. For projects that may consist of multiple phases, services may be procured for either the full project, selected project phases (concept planning, permitting, preliminary and/or final design, construction administrative and/or inspection services) or for individual project phases, depending on the PCCA's current needs for the project. Award of a selected project phase does not guarantee award of all project phases. Any questions should be submitted in writing the PCCAs Procurement portal. The PCCA reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
