NOTICE TO BIDDERS OF THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF DE QUEEN, ARKANSAS TO LET CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT CLARIFIER REHABILITATION. THE CITY OF DE QUEEN, ARKANSAS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all informalities, and to award the contract to the bidder or bidders who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers the proposal to the best interest of same. Award of the contract may be denied if the Statement of Qualifications is not appropriately completed. for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of proposed wastewater treatment plant clarifier rehabilitation as described in the plans and specifications. Bids will be opened and read aloud at such time at City Hall.
