As of April 7, 2022, project was awarded to Commercial Fitness Solutions, awarded amount is $74,638.50. As of April 5, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. It will be voted tonight in the meeting. Recreation Center Weight Room Equipment Replacement No faxed or email bids shall be considered, and no bids will be considered which are received after the scheduled time. All bids shall be on separate City Bid Forms and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the project "Recreation Center Weight Room Equipment Replacement" in the lower left-hand corner. S. 15-1-113(f); each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, in the form as stated in the General Provisions, in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid, to be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages in the event the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days after it is presented for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. All bids must remain open for forty-five (45) days after the date of opening of the bids as the City may require that time period for acceptance of the winning bid. he City reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, shall under all circumstances best serve the City's interests.
