This Request is for the supply only of High Thermal Performance Curtain Wall with vents for Blake Street PS. (This item is required in addition to those tendered on DK22-050 for Curtainwall for Blake Street PS) TDSB in-house trades will do the installation. The TDSB reserves the right to award to the lowest compliant Bidder. Evaluation: Pricing 100% Deliverables: Bidder Shall provide in accordance to the provided specifications and drawings: - High Thermal Performance curtain Wall and Rainscreen Operating Vents as shown on tender drawings. - Provide Engineers stamp, shop drawings complete with warranties and test reports. - Completely fabricated and assembled as shown. -Steel reinforced as per Engineer's request. - Allow for contraction and expansion as necessary. - Provide steel anchor shoes as shown on tender drawing. - Clear anodized finish. - 1-inch insulated panels at corners as shown on tender drawing. - Rainscreen operating vents complete with aluminum fly screens as shown on tender drawing. - Insulated glazing units: Solar ban 60 with clear tempered 6mm exterior and clear tempered 6mm interior or as shown on Tender drawing . Treat as Guard - Quote 2-inch x 2-inch with 5 mm dots Ceramic frit on frame types W15, W15a as a extra (PCO #4). - Manufacturer to assist in taking final sizes. - r in assembled frame breakdown for shipping in truck trailer when taking final sizes. Delivery lead time required - 10 weeks from shop drawing approval. Pick-Up Requirements: To be picked up at your shop. Curtainwall to be loaded on Board Supplied trailer and picked up by Board trucking company. Mandatory Submission Requirements with Bid: Test Reports, Applicable Warranty, References Compliancy - All Bids will require: A) Warranty: A Standard 10 year coverage warranty is expected. The applicable warranty to be uploaded with your Bid. B) Curtain Wall and Glazing test report: These are to be uploaded with your Bid.
