Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The work under this project consists of tree felling, grubbing and extensive grading of the proposed firing range. Work also includes the construction of two BMP's (A level one Dry Swale and level one Dry Pond) per the approved site plan. Construction also includes the placement of stormwater structures and associated piping per the plans. Construction also includes placement of a concrete ADA parking space, along with sidewalks to provide access to future Range Tower and Pavilion as well as firing lines for the range. The work also includes the construction of gravel drive lanes as well as a twenty-vehicle parking area per the plans. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $750.00 per day will be assessed for failure to meet the schedule for Substantial Completion or Full Completion. Bid Security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) Question Deadline 10/24/2024 at 12:00 PM ET
