Remodeling of an educational facility in Milan, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

The EHOVE Career Center Board of Education is requesting interested General Contractors to submit qualifications for construction services for a remodel of an existing multi-purpose room as well as the district board office within the Science and Technology building on the EHOVE Career Center main campus in Milan, Ohio. A Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashiers check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders, must be submitted with each bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The school district reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility. Construction services will begin after selection of the general contractor and immediately upon negotiation of owner-contractor contract agreement.
