Site work for a golf course in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The Township will notify those Bidders that have successfully met the prequalification requirements on or before January 4, 2022.. Questions should be directed to the Township Engineer. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid and made payable to Bensalem Township, PA. The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside Bid Proposal for 2022 Bensalem Golf Course Bridge Replacement Project Bensalem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law. Prevailing wages apply to this contract.
