The work includes grading, asphalt parking area, roadway reconstruction, concrete areas, amenities, restroom, utilities, and construction of a septic system. ln addition to the trailhead, the project includes the construction of 9.5 miles of bike/walking trail, the rehabilitation of 3 railroad timber bridges, 2 proposed culverts, signing and pavement markings, and various site amenities.
