It is the Bidders sole responsibility to ensure receipt of any issued notice or addenda relating to this ITB once posted to the website. that the Town of Surfside (Town) is soliciting bids for the Town Storm water Improvements Abbott Avenue Pump Station Project. Town reserves the right to request Bid Guaranty/ Bid Bond. If requested, Contractor must provide a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, completing a form that the Town shall provide If this provision is selected, the selected Contractor must deliver to the Town a performance bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the price specified in the contract. Refer to Form 9 of this Bid. Payment Bond. If this provision is selected, the selected Contractor must deliver to the Town a payment bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the price specified in the contract.
