Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottleville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed work includes: Mill and overlay for five lanes of Main Street from East Terra Lane to Pitman Ave, approximate quantity is 7200 SY. The project will also include removal of the existing walk along the East side of the roadway for installation of a new eight-foot-wide path. The four-foot-wide sidewalk along the east side will be removed at various locations and a new five-foot-wide sidewalk will be installed. This will consist of approximately 1,115 SY of sidewalk/path and curb ramp. All bidders must be on MoDOT s Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for highway Construction, 2024 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. A certified or cashier s check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of O Fallon reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE goal for this project is 7%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project. MODOT - Main Street Phase 2 Improvements
