While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, construction is expected to begin in the first quarter 2022. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 546-127 Raze Buildings 8 & 9 Construct New Research Facility as required by drawings and specifications. B. Visits to the site by Bidders may be made in accordance with what is listed in the solicitation and at the discretion of the Contracting Officer Project includes the demolition of Buildings 8&9 and the construction of a new Research Building attached to Building 7. It also includes Site Work, General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work, which will result in a new research facility.
