Perimeter sealant (1) Project consists of renovation to the existing 2nd floor office space. The renovation area is approximately 6,000 square feet. (2) Demolition shall consist of remove the existing walls, interior finishes and ceilings and MEP systems per demolition plans. Patch and repair to the existing walls, ceilings and floors as required for new construction. (3) Architectural work shall consist of install new walls, doors, millworks, ceilings and interior finishes per architectural plans. (4) Structural work shall not be in the scope of work. (5) Mechanical work shall consist of remove existing mechanical and plumbing systems per MEP demolition plans and install new systems per MEP plans. (6) Electrical work shall consist of remove existing electrical systems per electrical demolition plans and install new electrical systems per Electrical plans Work shall be performed under this Contract on campus of Missouri University of Science & Technology, Rolla, Missouri at Parker Hall, 300 West 13th Street, Rolla, Missouri 65409. Work must be substantially complete and ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2022. The fire suppression system to be installed in on all floors of Parker Hall and in the attic needs to be operational prior to April 1, 2022. Two suites on first floor of Parker hall are scheduled to start demolition and construction January 19, 2022. The fire suppression contractor will need to coordinate and install piping in this area the first of February. These suites are scheduled to be substantially complete no later March 9, 2022.
