Renovation of a detention facility in Saint Anthony, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include Removal of approx. 21,100 square feet of mechanically attached Sarnafil S327 room membrane, salvaging and reusing existing 1/2" gypsum cover board and installing new mechanically attached 60 mil PVC membrane roofing system. All existing roof top equipment, piping, conduits, etc. shall be raised and or removed to allow installation of new flashings and reset. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. 1. Remove existing TPO roof membrane and installation of new 60 mil PVC membrane roof system with 20 year warranty. Miscellaneous minor mechanical and electrical items are also included in the project. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $480,000
