The accepted bidder will execute and file the Agreement and the Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the bid amount within ten (10) days of Notice of Award. All applicable charter and statutory provisions are incorporated into said Contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements, as well as to the extent necessary, to comply with Davis-Bacon and/or Wisconsin Prevailing Wage Laws. Work to include: -Disassembly of the entire waterslide tower and stair system. -Each component of the slide tower to be evaluated and either repaired or replaced as necessary. Components needing replacement to be replaced with new steel, and duplicated exactly as existing. -Preserve stair stringers and main slide support columns. -Any components to be preserved to be media blasted to remove all existing coatings and then hot dip galvanized. -All newly fabricated components to be hot dip galvanized. -Replace all aluminum stair trends and decking with new identical material and include nonskid adhesive on top surface. -Replace all slide support brackets using laser cut galvanized steel brackets. Each bracket to be customized to accommodate the existing support arm. -Disassemble entire waterslide and reassemble with new gaskets in seams in order to permanently prevent leaks. -Remove all failed coatings on slide interior surface by sanding and diamond grinding. -Spray apply new Marine grade polyester gelcoat on slide interior surface, 2 coats. -Recaulk all slide seams using Sikaflex291.
