**As of March 16, 2022, This project is already awarded to Aircool Tech-ACT, Corp with the awarded amount of $11,036,180. The anticipated construction start date is two weeks from now, after 20 months is the completion date. PSJA Early College HS Reroofing and HVAC Upgrades 1. Framing with dimension lumber. 2. Rooftop equipment bases and support curbs. 3. Wood blocking, cants, and nailers. 4. Wood furring. 5. Sheathing. 6. Subflooring and underlayment. 7. Interior wood trim. 8. Plywood backing panels. 9. Removal and replacement of damaged, deteriorated or non-compliant plywood sheathing for roof substrate, as required. 10. Expansion Joints 1. Roof tear-off. 2. Partial roof tear-off. 3. Temporary roofing membrane. 4. Roof re-cover preparation. 5. Removal of base flashings. 6. Protection of existing roofing system that is not reroofed Galvanized metal wall panel, parapet wall cladding system with related flashing, counterflashing closures and trim where indicated on plans. 1. Precoated galvanized steel gutters, downspouts, scuppers, brackets, spacers, fasteners, stiffeners and caps. 2. Precast concrete splash blocks. 1. Roof hatches 2. Roof Access Ladders 3. Roof supports 4. Roof Crossover Stairs 5. Roof Penetration Housing Install systems and equipment as shown on the contract documents. Refer to drawings for schedule of equipment that will be installed. After installing equipment, connect all water, sewer, and/or power to fixtures. Piping for Sanitary Sewer and Vent Systems Piping for Domestic water and Hot Water Systems. A CERTIFIED CHECK OR BANK DRAFT, payable to the Pharr - San Juan - Alamo I.S.D., negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Proposal Bond executed by the proposer and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total proposal shall be submitted with each proposal. STATUTORY BOND for performance of the Contract and for payments of materials will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the accepted proposal, if the proposal exceeds $25,000 and MUST BE LICENSED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. ATTENTION IS CALLED to the fact that not less than the minimum prevailing salaries and wages as set forth in the DAVIS - BACON ACT must be paid on this project, and that contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. PROPOSAL MAY BE held by the Pharr - San Juan - Alamo I.S.D. for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening proposal for the purpose of reviewing the proposal and investigating the qualifications of proposer, prior to awarding of the contract.
