Victor Park Parking Lot Project The City of Greer is seeking bids for the Victor Park Parking Lot Project. Bids shall remain binding ninety (90) days after the date of closing. Please itemize bid into three pricing phases for the following work: Phase 1: Asphalt Repair- Full Depth asphalt repair areas where marked 60' x 92' and 22' x 75'. Remove existing asphalt and haul away. Bring in any additional stone base if needed after excavation. Give separate price per ton of stone base. Estimated tonnage 70-100 tons. Pave asphalt at minimum of 4" finished thickness (minimum 2 lifts). Re-Stripe parking spots in patched areas with white paint normally used for striping. 2: Remove Existing curb. Form, Pour, and finish approximately 505' of new curb and haul off debris. Phase 3- Sealcoat all areas of parking lot that is not patch-repaired. Clean area specified of dirt/debris/grass in cracks. Cracks should be filled using appropriate crack filler. Remove current parking stops and seal coat areas underneath the stops. Replace parking stops. Hand application of sealer shall be done around all curbs, sidewalks, etc. Seal coating of area specified shall use SealMaster brand polymer-modified coal tar sealer with sand mix utilizing a machine sprayer/spraying sealer. Re-stripe parking spaces and crosswalks in newly seal-coated areas with white paint normally used for striping, and restripe handicap spaces and areas with blue paint normally used for striping. Alternate phase 4 - Seal and re-stripe outdoor basketball court. Dimensions: - 60' x 92' and 22' 75' asphalt removal, repair, and re-pour - 505' of curb - All non-repaired asphalt areas - Alternate price- Outdoor basketball court This work is to be begin as soon as possible and work must be coordinated where it does not conflict with any events scheduled by the City of Greer at Victor Park. There are no exceptions to this stipulation. Successful bidder must provide three (3) references from similar projects.
