The contractor must hold and maintain a California State Licensing Board (CSLB) ASB - Asbestos Certification and related licensing throughout the term of the contract. No subcontracting for hazardous materials abatement services (for the actual abatement work) will be allowed by the Agency. This project is being cancelled.
