Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Granite City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to install storm sewer, inlets, mountable curb and gutter and all ancillary items related to the work as shown on the plans and as specified. As an alternative to mailing in your bid or hand delivering, Granite City will be accepting bids electronically. All electronic bids shall be emailed to Jenna DeYong at jdeyong@granitecity.illinois.gov. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days of the scheduled time of closing bids. All bids must be made on forms furnished by the City of Granite City This project is subject to availability of project funds. The successful bidder will be required to execute and present performance and payment bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. Bids must be for the contract as a whole. The City of Granite City reserves the right to waive, or not to waive, any irregularities in the bids and to reject any or all bids and to determine which is the lowest and best bid.
