The City of Corpus Christi ("City") hereby issues this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). The City is seeking qualified firms interested and qualified to provide Professional Engineering Services and/or Professional Architectural Services for Capital Improvement Projects FY2022. The City intends to enter into multiple Service Agreements (also referred to herein as "Contract" or "Agreement") for these services.This is a Master Service Agreement (MSA) to provide professional survey and mapping services citywide. The term of Master Services Agreements (MSA) will be one (1) year with two (2) renewals. This right may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Procurement Officer The financial security in the form of a bid bond provided by Bidder at the time the Bid is submitted and held by Owner until the Agreement is executed and the evidence of insurance and Bonds required by the Contract Documents are provided. A cashier's check, certified check, money order or bank draft from any State or National Bank will also be acceptable.Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Maintenance Bond, and other Surety instruments executed by Surety. When in singular form, refers to individual instrument. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise for new Statement of Qualifications or to proceed with the work in any manner as may be considered in the best interest of the City.The City reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications submitted in response to this RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
