A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for the construction of infield drainage improvements at Sedona Airport. Bids shall include all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price bid, made payable to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Bidders shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County Any mailing costs are direct with reprographic company. All proposals shall be submitted in strict accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING included on the bidding website and submitted on the documents provided therein.
