The days and hours of opening of the PUBLIC BODY's offices for the reception of Submissions are from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. No submission will be accepted between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.
PROJECT SPECIFICITIES CONTEXT OF THE WORK This project consists of replacing the existing interior generator with an
exterior generator on slab. A new electrical room is created for the
electrical equipment of this new generator. Work is scheduled for the
Sainte-Dorothee Accommodation Center , located at 350 Samson Boulevard West, Laval. The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a CHSLD which remains
occupied for the duration of the work. The work consists of, but not limited to:
o The supply of all permits other than those for construction required, including the
related documents;
o The demolition of the elements;
o Temporary works;
o Containment work relating to infection control;
o Containment work relating to user safety;
o The openings;
o Coordination of work according to the phasing and schedule to be provided by
the contractor;
o Participate in weekly meetings with the building consultant and other
meetings on request;
o Waste removal;
o Daily and final cleaning of the site;
o The supply of documents relating to the documentation and the closure of the site. WORK SCHEDULE Respecting the schedule is the very essence of this contract.
The contractual period is 42 weeks from the date of award of the contract, excluding
vacations and statutory holidays.
The date of mobilization on the site must be authorized by the project manager of the CISSS de
Laval. Mobilization at the site will not be allowed before August 2022 .

Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
