Site work for a road / highway in Forest, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Municipality of Lambton Shores is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide for the engineered design, supply and installation of shade sails, located at 12 Victoria Street, Forest ON. The Request for Proposal (RFP) approach, in contrast to the standard tender procedure, is being undertaken to encourage creative design proposals while adhering to the guidelines. The design must be complimentary to colours at the existing spray pad. Preference is for three-and four-point shades of various sizes. Shade structures are not required for over the spray pad area. Engineered drawings, necessary building permits, inspections and installation are the responsibility of the successful contractor. It is the responsibility of the contractor to review the site and satisfy themselves with existing conditions prior to submission of proposal documents. A map of the proposed project location is provided in Appendix 1. The total approved project budget is $50,000.00 + HST.
