Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Thiells, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Bid Bonds/Bid Checks will be returned after award of bid(s) to successful bidder Description of Work: PHILIP ROTELLA GOLF COURSE HOLE 16 PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE will consist of excavation and removal of existing curb, asphalt, soils and former bridge remnants within the limits identified on the contract plans. The contract will require the design, delivery, and installation of a new manufactured 40' span x 10' clear width pedestrian bridge and bridge abutment/foundation. In addition, any necessary site work to complete the installation of the bridge, new curbs, asphalt paths as identified on the contract plans as well as restoration of all disturbed areas outside the pavement area with topsoil and seed. The work shall be performed between February 1, 2022 and April 1, 2022. The Town reserves the right to waive any irregularity in bidding deemed in its sole discretion to be non-substantive of technical in nature, and to reject any or all bids. Filing Affidavit of Disclosure is mandatory when submitting your bid for this project.
