Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: The Project generally consists of a complete street project in the Woodman area neighborhood, including work at the William Allen Elementary School and historic Woodman Park. The project will include roadway reconstruction and utility upgrades including approximately 1,915 LF of gravity sewer, 2,300 LF of water main and 2,920 LF of storm drain, construction of parking lots, installation of stormwater best management practices (BMPs), upgrades to Woodman Park. A bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or Bid bond issued by surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. The City of Rochester reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.
