The scope of work includes: 2372 LF of 24-inch SDR 26/PS 115 PVC, 2157 LF of 24-inch SDR 35/PS 46 PVC, 80 LF of 15-inch SDR 35 PVC, 21 LF of 8-inch SDR 26 PVC, and 1595 LF of 6-inch SDR 35 PVC gravity sewer pipe, and 2636 LF of 16-inch DR 21 C905 PVC sanitary force main;18 manholes; construction of junction structure, abandoning and demolition of an existing pump station; connecting existing property service laterals to the new sewer, abandonment and/or demolition of existing sewer pipes and manholes; also drainage improvements including 560 LF of 16-inch DR 32.5 C905 PVC storm sewer pipe, 160 LF of 12-inch PVC SDR 35 storm sewer pipe, 1181 LF of 12-inch HDPE storm sewer pipe, catch basins, knockout boxes, curb inlets, and manholes for storm sewer system. Connections to existing sewer and drainage systems and other appurtenances as shown on the plans, plus Traffic Control, EPSC and roadway and surface restoration All Bids shall be Unit Price and shall be submitted in duplicate. State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, which is included in Section 00410 - Bid Form, shall be fully completed and executed in the manner required by law. An executed State Board of Accounts Form 96a, or similar document, shall also be submitted. Each BIDDER must deposit, with his Bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
