The Project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following items in accordance: Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Testing and Delivery of Manually Operated Gate Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Manually Operated Butterfly Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Manually Operated Full Port Ball Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Motor Operated Butterfly Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Pneumatic Operated Emergency Shutdown Butterfly Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Electro-Hydraulic Operated Emergency Shutdown Full Port Ball Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Check Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Thermal Relief Valves for the Terminal Build Out Project Ultrasonic In-Line Flow Meters for the Terminal Build Out Project Manually Operated Gate Valves for the OC-2 Dock Manually Operated Ball Valves for the OC-2 Dock Manually Operated Butterfly Valves for the OC-2 Dock Motor Operated Butterfly Valves for the OC-2 Dock Pneumatic Operated Emergency Shutdown Butterfly Valves for the OC-2 Dock Thermal Relief Valves for the OC-2 Dock If forwarded by delivery service, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be addressed to Mr. Marty Reynolds, VP of Administration for Jefferson Railport Terminal II LLC, Port of Beaumont,1225 Main Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701. For purposes of express mail and delivery forms, the Port's telephone number is (409) 835-5367. BIDS received by telefacsimile or e- mail delivery will not be accepted. TWIC Cards are required for all contractor and subcontractor employees that enter the Port of Beaumont/Jefferson Terminal. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining these cards and the cost of these cards shall be included in the bid price. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with Jefferson to obtain training (performed by Port Authority Police) for their supervisors or designated employees to be certified as TWIC escorts to accompany any non-TWIC employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc as per 33 CFR 101. Each BID must include a BID BOND (certified check, cashier's check or BIDDER'S bond), equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the BID. BID BONDS of unsuccessful BIDDERS will be returned. Jefferson Railport Terminal II LLC on behalf of Owner reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS and to waive formalities in BIDDING. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in any BID, Jefferson Railport Terminal II LLC reserves the right to consider the most advantageous BID thereof or reject the BID.
