The City has the right to reject any or all Quotes and to reject a Quote not accompanied by data required by the Bidding Documents, or to reject a Quote which is in any way incomplete or irregular. Seller shall furnish bonds covering the faithful Performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising there under per the requirements of the Standard Contract Requirements and other requirements of the Bidding Documents.
