Seller shall furnish bonds covering the faithful Performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising there under per the requirements of the Standard Contract Requirements and other requirements of the Bidding Documents. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MBE 15% - 20% AND WBE 10% - 12% Furnish all equipment, manpower, materials andwork sufficient shifts to complete the entire project within 365 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. No allowance will be made for days during which work may be suspended due to weather or for any other condition not provided for in the Standard Contract Requirements.
